DESCRIPTION:

The easiest yet most popular speaker installation in a Club Car is drilling two holes in the rear tub and throwing speakers in them (open air environment). However, this method completely ignores the fundamentals of audio which results in the speakers producing little to no mid-bass while also exposing the speakers to engine heat and the elements.

The correct way to install speakers in a Club Car requires the speakers to be mounted within an enclosure which is why it's not the most popular method because building an enclosure is more difficult than drilling two holes.

We at BA Carts took care of the hard part and designed a Speaker Enclosure that not only protects your speakers from the elements and engine heat, but also allows your speakers to produce twice to three times more mid-bass than they would if installed in a free air space (like a hole in the tub).

* We require you to select your backseat because we can fit a larger enclosure on Club Cars with Max 5 or Genesis 250 Backseats. Smaller enclosures are required on Club Cars with Genesis 150 Backseat or similar models.

* The BA Enclosures do not fit Club Cars with Mach 3 Backseat Assembly.

INSTALLATION: (VIDEO COMING SOON)

• Remove backseat and cushion mounts
• Mark your cutout hole and make sure it's centered
• Cut hole with Jigsaw
• Remove your rear access panel
• Sit box down in hole, make sure it's perfectly centered, then mark your bolt holes
• Remove box and drill bolt holes
• Sit box backdown in hole and slide bolts through the holes (Make sure your wire hole is on the front passenger side of cart)
• Put the washer and nut on all 4 bolts through the rear access panel
• Use allen wrench on top bolt and 13mm deep socket to tighten the nuts
• Push your wires through the hole
• Wire speakers
• Screw them down
• Done!
